Next Generation Sequencing
ServiceXS can offer you next generation sequencing with the Illumina HiSeq 2000. We have experience in a wide range of applications, such as de novo seq, resequencing, whole exome sequencing, gene expression, mRNA seq, small RNA analysis, ChIP seq and more, including bioinformatics.
Genotyping
ServiceXS has experience with SNP discovery, genotyping, and screening at the same time: from fixed content panels to major custom iSelect projects. We offer you access to Illumina technology as well as Fluidigm for CNV analysis.
Gene Expression Analysis
With Affymetrix, Fluidigm, and Illumina platforms, ServiceXS offers a broad portfolio in technology platforms with many years of experience. From FFPE samples, globin reduction protocols, to low RNA quantities, we have the solution.
