ServiceXS is proud to offer Affymetrix gene expression services under the ISO 17025 accreditation scope. We start with a quality control on your total RNA before commencing the project. We execute labeling and hybridization assays according to our Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), and assess the performance of the experiments by looking critically at the data before reporting results. Our guidelines provide you with a complete service description and transparancy in workflow.
We provide gene expression services for projects of minimally 8 samples per batch (for cartridges) and 16 samples for GeneTitan plates (16, 24 or 96-formats). Our turnaround times are generally 4 to 6 weeks from sample delivery to data transfer. Our project managers and senior technicians provide regular updates on the progress of your expression project.
Complementary services:
ServiceXS is at the moment validating a specialized protocol for samples with low RNA quantities. This service is already up-and-running on the Illumina microarray platform. Soon you can run samples with as low as 500 picograms on Affymetrix GeneChips.
