Illumina has the humanHT-12 array available for researchers. Recently they launched a new version of the BeadChip, which enables high throughput research at industry leading prices.

Available Beadchips of Illumina for Human samples:

• Human HT-12 v4.0

Human HT-12 version 4

The updated content on the Human HT-12 v4 Expression BeadChips offers more biologically helpful results through genome-wide trancriptional coverage of well characterized genes, gene candidates, and splice variants. The chip contains targets more than 31,000 annotated genes with over 47,000 probes. This Chip is a high throughput array, 12 sample format, ideal for large gene expression studies. Human HT-12 version 3 (discontinued)

Oligo pool of the HumanHT-12 v3 was running out, therefore Illumina produced the Human HT-12 v4. Version 3 is no longer available. ServiceXS can no longer order these BeadChips from Illumina. As replacement, Illumina recommends the humanHT-12 version 4 array.

Human WG-6 and Human Ref-8 (discontinued)

The human WG-6 BeadChip and the humanRef-8 were recently discontinued. ServiceXS can no longer order these BeadChips from Illumina. As replacement, Illumina recommends the humanHT-12 array.
