Mouse WG-6 version 2.0
Illumina's MouseWG-6 v2.0 Expression BeadChip offers the most up-to-date content for whole-genome expression profiling in murine samples. The BeadChip contains over 45,200 transcripts with the latest advancements in mouse genomics and provides biologically relevant information for mouse studies. The MouseWG-6 contains the full set of MouseRef-8 probes with an additional 11,603 probes. The format enables 6 samples to be processed simultaneously on one BeadChip.
Mouse Ref-8 version 2.0
The MouseRef-8 v2.0 Expression BeadChip targets over 25,500 well-annotated RedSeq transcripts and over 19,100 unique genes. The contact is derived from NCBI RefSeq database with additional probes designed based on MEEBO as well as RIKEN (for more information, visit the Illumina website). This format enables 8 samples to be processed simultaneously on one BeadChip.
