Illumina Focused Genotyping
Several fixed-content SNP panels are available, offering cost effective solutions for linkage analysis, fine mapping and association studies in disease-specific or trait-specific candidate genes, in various species. The technology used is powered by Illumina: the Infinium and the GoldenGate assay.
Infinium fixed genotyping panel:
Illumina has (co-)developed a number of catalog BeadChips (with fixed content) for a small number of organisms. Some of the BeadChips mentioned below are limited and will be taken off the market at Illumina's discretion.

- BovineSNP50 BeadChip (limited)

- EquineSNP50 BeadChip (limited)

The following GoldenGate BeadChips/Panels are available (deployed on 32-sample Universal BeadChip):

- DNA test Panel
- MHC Panel Set
