Whole Genome Genotyping
Illumina offers a broad portfolio in whole genome-wide analysis BeadChips which enables researchers to analyse structural variation from CNV analysis, LOH to association studies. Special cytogenetic analysis and GWAS BeadChips of Illumina are the Infinium HD BeadChips called "omni" which allows analysis of up to 4.3 million markers per sample (decreasing in amount of markers):
