• Next Generation Sequencing (ChIP-Seq)
  Our ChIP-Seq service enables you to get a complete view of the epigenome at single-base resolution. Whether you are interested in CpG methylation, histone modifications, chromatin structure, or DNA-protein interactions - ChIP-Seq is a powerful tool to answer your scientific question. We offer this service on the HeliScope, HiSeq, and GAIIx.
   
• Illumina Methylation BeadChips
  The Infinium Methylation Assay detects cytosine methylation at CpG islands based on highly multiplexed genotyping of bisulfite-converted genomic DNA (gDNA). We offer the choice between two Illumina BeadChips.
