ServiceXS can be as involved as you desire: from extensive R&D projects, consultancy and trouble shooting, to simple service-for-fee. We have experience in partnering, consortium participation as SME in EU projects, for instance FP7. Next to that ServiceXS is involved in global business development, by the identification of business opportunities and development of strategic relationships. Straight forward outsourcing of experiments (service-for-fee) is our core business.
Quality of the service is important to ServiceXS. This commitment to quality is recognized by Affymetrix (as Authorized Service Provider) and by Illumina (as Certified Service Provider for all four Illumina services). ServiceXS does not stop there: We are ISO/IEC 17025 compliant. Working with Standard Operating Procedures, we can give our customers optimal quality data.
Customer satisfaction plays a central role in any service at ServiceXS. We offer technical support and after every project offer you the ability to give feedback on our service with our short questionnaire. With your help we can keep on improving our services.
Your project at ServiceXS: Workflow
- Quotation Phase
Agreements are summarized in a quotation. Upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order form that accompanies the quotation, ServiceXS will confirm the project. A Project Manager will be apointed to you who is specialized in your service of interest, he/she will contact you to discuss sample policy, sample shipment, planning etc. A sample submission form will be sent to you. Please note that we can only reserve time in the laboratory and order the consumables after the order is placed. - Sample Quality Control (QC)
ServiceXS is committed to deliver high quality services, resulting in high quality data. The quality and quantity of the input is key to the ultimate success of an experiment. Therefore the QC of the samples is an important step of the process. Download the service guidelines for the sample requirements. - Assay Performance
ServiceXS performs the assay as described in our own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that follow protocols recommended by our suppliers. Whether or not your service is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited service, you can find on the quotation or ask our project manager. You can download the service guidelines for detailed information on our service and workflow. - Data Delivery
ServiceXS guarantees secured handling of your samples, project information, and data. The results will be delivered to you as soon as possible, and in consultation with the Project Manager. Data output format is stated on the quotation as well as the service guidelines. Deviations from these documents must be communicated before commencing of the project. - Data Analysis
ServiceXS offers data analysis for Next Generation Sequencing projects. We have in-house knowledge and experience with data interpretation, but we also use commercially developed software and have close connections with partners in data analysis. For array-based services, we have trusted and experienced third-party connections who offer custom analysis. - Customer Satisfaction
