Illumina Gene Expression (microarray based)

Illumina developed a gene expression platform: catalog BeadChips for human and mouse samples. With different BeadChip formats, Illumina offers you the technology to analyze whole genome expression levels of your samples with a variety in gene probe redundancy. The different Illumina BeadChip types are:

  • Whole Genome (WG)
  • Reference Seq (Ref)
  • High-Throughput (HT)

Illumina Genotyping

Next to SNP discovery with Next Generation Sequencing services, Illumina offers flexibility in method to genotype, or analyze copy number variation within your DNA samples. Experienced in GoldenGate as well as Infinium methodology, ServiceXS can offer you catalog BeadChips with fixed content as well as custom genotyping for any organism.

Illumina Next Generation Sequencing
