I use a sequencing certificate: What happens to my remaining balance?
We sent a letter per email to all our certification users. If you are the owner of a sequencing certificate and you have not received a seperate letter with your remaining balance and the options for the remaining credit, please contact as soon as possible!
When several people are using one certificate, we only sent the letter to our contact person at your organisation. Please check with your colleagues whether you received this letter. Attached to this letter was a reply form: make sure you complete this form and send it to ServiceXS before the 16th of December.
