Where and when can I reach ServiceXS?
ServiceXS can be reached from 8.30 until 17.00 hours from Monday to Friday, with exceptions of bank holidays.

Please note that our location is about 5 minutes walking distance from the Leiden Central Statation (train) and right next to the hospital (LUMC). When you take public transportation, we strongly suggest to walk from the train station to our office/laboratory.
Where can I send my samples to?
When the delivery date of your samples is communicated with the project manager, you can send your samples to Plesmanlaan 1d, 2333 BZ Leiden, the Netherlands. You can also choose to deliver your samples personally, but make sure your ServiceXS Project Manager knows when you will come by.
I have submitted a(n) information/quotation request, when can I expect to be contacted?
ServiceXS strives to contact everyone within 24 hours, though some requests are more complicated than others or the service specialist might be out of office. When requesting a quote, please make sure you inform us of at least the timeline of your project, the number of samples, platform/technology you are interested in, and the organization you work for.
If we need more information or the scientific question is not straight forward, we strive to reply in 3 work days.
Does ServiceXS also perform RNA or DNA isolation?
No. ServiceXS does not do RNA or DNA isolations, but we can advise you on isolation kits to use. For customers in BeNeLux, ServiceXS recommends products supplied by BIOKÉ. Contact us directly for consultancy.
What are the sample requirements?
This is dependent on the service and on the platform. Visit the service page of your service of interest, or look under the specific service FAQ to find out what the sample requirements are.
Can I send my samples upfront, before the order is signed?
Unfortunately no. ServiceXS cannot accept samples without the legal confirmation of the project order.
I want to compliment the ServiceXS team / I have a complaint: What can I do to let my opinion be heard?
ServiceXS sends out project evaluation forms at the end of a project in which you can express your opinion or put in suggestions for ServiceXS. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. With your evaluation on our services, we can keep on improving our work.
